Who Am I

Hey! My name is Inês Castro, I am a graphic designer..Art has always been a part of me. Let me tell you a story... When choosing my Bachelor’s Degree, I was certain of the right path: Design, namely Graphic, Communication and Web Design. I have never been shy of hard work, and I knew that going into my course, I would have to work my hardest in order to succeed, and to gain the competences that I required for my future career as a Designer. I now have experience working with all kinds of design, from Product Design to Graphic, which helped me to get to know the business better. Though I am ready to take on just about any challenge in this area, my preference still befalls on Graphic/Digital Design. Unsurprisingly, when working in this particular area, due to my liking for it, I feel I can reach the best results.It is my opinion that Graphic Design is quite a prevalent business in today’s society. Any kind of communication, be it private or public, needs a designer in order to be properly implemented. As designers, we are faced with tasks and must “Brainstorm”. The entire process, from collecting data to research analysis and idea creation, until you reach a solution, which I am used to, is something truly outstanding, and is somethingin which I have experience, in both in faculty work and by myself.
